Ability level – These camps are designed for a wide range of abilities because the tough stuff will be ridden individually! As long as you have some experience of riding in a group and you want to improve your fitness you’ll be fine. They are not intended for complete beginners.

We are hosting three specific Time Trial training camps here in sunny Spain, intended to be ridden on your time trial bike (but not essential, you can use your road bike). Each one will be a week of structured training, giving you the opportunity to clock up some quality hours on your TT bike and familiarise yourself with your racing position before the start of the season.
James (an ex-pro) who twice finished in the top ten at the National Time Trial Championships in 2006 & 2007 will be riding with you each day to offer help and advice. We will cover 80-100km’s each day, using specially chosen roads on varying terrain from flat to hilly which is important in order to strengthen your TT position. We will not be doing big loops and massive miles, this is aimed at completing specific, quality efforts then returning to the hotel to put your feet up and recover for the next day!
We will ride out from the hotel as a group, complete the efforts individually and ride back to the hotel as a group. During the efforts you will be able to ride at your own pace, complete various intervals and push as hard as you like! The ride out and back will be steady, ridden together as a warm up and warm down. We will suggest how to ride the efforts in terms of intensity and duration, or if you have a training programme to follow that’s fine. As well as improved fitness, we hope you will return home with some new ideas for training and racing.
There will be a support vehicle with food & drink and spare wheels & tools. You can also leave spare clothing and anything else you don’t want to carry, in the car.
Each day we will stop for a coffee and a bite to eat on the way back to the hotel.

Wednesday: Depart hotel at 10am for a guided ride ~ Afternoon to relax
Thursday: Depart hotel at 10am for a guided ride ~ Afternoon to relax
Friday: Optional spin on the bike depending on your flight time ~ Depart for airport

Airport return transfer from Alicante with a bike – £75
